Local Pick-Up
Local pick-up is available for eligible orders at PlumbingSell. Customers can place orders online and pick up their items from our local warehouse after receiving order confirmation.
Please do not visit the warehouse before your order has been confirmed and marked ready for pick-up. This helps ensure that your items are prepared and available when you arrive.

Local pick-up availability may vary depending on product inventory, order size, processing time, and warehouse schedule. Some products may not be eligible for local pick-up.
Pick-Up Process
To place a local pick-up order, please follow the steps below:
- Place your order online at PlumbingSell.com.
- Select local pick-up at checkout if available, or contact us before placing your order to confirm pick-up availability.
- Wait for your order confirmation or pick-up notification.
- Bring your order confirmation and a valid ID when picking up your order.
- Pick up your order during the confirmed pick-up time.
Please note that orders are not available for pick-up immediately after checkout unless confirmed by PlumbingSell.
Pick-Up Availability
Most eligible local pick-up orders are processed during regular business hours. Processing time may vary depending on item availability, order volume, and warehouse operations.
Same-day pick-up may be available for eligible orders placed during business hours, but it is not guaranteed. Orders placed outside business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.
For urgent orders, please contact us before placing the order to confirm whether local pick-up is available.
Required Information for Pick-Up
Customers must provide the following information at the time of pick-up:
- Order confirmation number
- Name used on the order
- Valid photo ID
- Pick-up confirmation email or message, if applicable.
*If someone else is picking up the order on your behalf, they may be required to provide the order confirmation and the name used on the order.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Once an order has been prepared for local pick-up, changes may not be guaranteed. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders that have already been picked up cannot be changed or cancelled and will be subject to our standard Return & Refund Policy.
Unclaimed Orders
Local pick-up orders should be collected within the confirmed pick-up window. Orders that are not picked up within the required time may be cancelled, refunded, or restocked at the discretion of Plumbing Sell Inc.
If you are unable to pick up your order on time, please contact us to request an extension.
Returns for Local Pick-Up Orders
Local pick-up orders follow our standard Return & Refund Policy. Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned according to the requirements listed in our return policy.

Important Notes
Local pick-up is subject to product availability and warehouse confirmation. PlumbingSell reserves the right to cancel, modify, or reject local pick-up requests when items are unavailable, incorrectly listed, or unable to be prepared for pick-up.
PlumbingSell reserves the right to correct any errors or omissions and to change or update local pick-up information at any time without prior notice.
